Sudoku
Sudoku has conquered the world! People everywhere, in different countries and continents are busy. You can see them in the subway, on the couch, on the airplane seat next to you. What they are doing? Solving sudokus, of course! The number game that is simple to understand, but always has a new challenge for you!
The Sudoku game start with a board of 9 x 9 boxes. Some of these boxes are already filled out with numbers, and the goal is to fill the entire board. Each 3 x 3 box, row and column should contain the numbers 1 through 9. The easy level will help you by not allowing you to break the rules. The numbers that you cannot choose are greyed out from the dialer. This does not mean that all numbers are correct, of course; only that they don’t break the rules at that moment. On the harder levels, no such help is offered. Try looking in several different ways. Start out with the simple ones: Which boxes have only one possible number? Look vertically, horizontally and in each 3 x 3 box to make sure. Sometimes you find two boxes that can contain one of only two numbers. To keep track of these, you can create pencil marks for future use. When you have written more numbers in other boxes, perhaps one of the two is no longer possible. Often you can start a chain by finding out one number, so never give up! Sudoku Sweep use Sudoku thinking skills together with strategic planning. Sudoku Sweep uses an 81 square Sudoku type board with 9 rows and columns, divided into 9 3x3 square areas. The challenge is to place falling numbered tiles to fill up the complete game board according to the Sudoku rules; no number 1 through 9 is placed more than once in and row, column or 3x3 box. The falling number tiles have to be placed from the bottom up, so you cannot place them anywhere in the area, but have to stack them on top of each other as they fall down. If any number 1-9 is repeated in a row, column or 3x3 box you lose 1 life. The Wild unnumbered tiles can be placed anywhere and will never create a loss of life, so feel free to place them anywhere. Making Horisontal or Vertical triples is the key to a high score, and also convert a lot of number tiles to wild tiles which makes planning much easier in the later stages of the game. Plan your placement to make these combinations. Make sure you place tiles in many different heights when you play. If you fill the game row by row you will run out of options you need to place a number without breaking the Sudoku rules if you only have one row to place them in. Do not forget to use the waste area, e.g. placing tiles on top if a completed column, to finish with the best possible combinations and avoiding rule violation at the end of the sudoku game. |
